TERMS & CONDITIONS

Liability – No responsibility will be taken by Measures Farms for damage or injury sustained to property, individuals or animals whilst using the dog park or on the property.

All vehicles parked on the property are left entirely at their owners risk. No responsibility for damage or accidents can be taken by Measures Farms.

Any breakages or damage to the field will be paid for by the dog owner.

The park is to be used by appointment only and you have exclusive use.  

Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult 

All dogs using the park should be in good health and regularly vaccinated.  

The gate code will be texted to you. This will only be valid during your visit and will change for each visit.

There are 5-minute gaps between the start and end of bookings. It is important that you stick to this and ensure you have left the site by the time of the next appointment.  

Although the park is fully fenced and we take precautions to inspect and maintain this fencing, please ensure you keep an eye on you dog(s) at all times as we cannot guarantee they will not escape.  

Equipment and obstacles within the park are for the use of dogs only.  

Safety of the dogs whilst within the park remains the owner’s risk.  

Owners are responsible for picking up after their dog (and themselves) the park, should be left in the same condition as it is found. Please take your litter home, even though a bin is provided. 

Please remember to lock the gate when you leave the park. 

Please do not climb on gates or fencing 

We reserve the right to ban anyone on a permanent basis for using the field outside of these agreed terms and conditions.
